The

induction heating equipment for almost 20 years.
The high frequency induction heating for removing
remainder gas from vacuum tube adopts the structure
of single loop and electron tube self-induced method.
It’s features including simple structure, easy oscillating,
stable working, high efficiency and there is no
high voltage in the output loop, so the dangerous
of getting an electric shock is reduced. The major
components of the equipment are made by the factories
for military supplies and well-know enterprises.
The equipment is noted for reliable quality, advanced
technique, stable performance and easy operation.
It is mainly used in removing remainder gas from
vacuum tube, insulation and semi-insulation medium
heating, timber drying and forming, ceramics drying
and forming.
The high frequency heating equipment adopts silicon
controlled rectifier voltage adjustment device controlled
by micro computer, and therefore the power output
of the equipment changes with the potentiometer
and the power can be controlled continuously. The
multiple protective devices and the failure blinking
make the maintenance of the equipment very convenient.
According to the new theory of electronic and
electric power device our company developed and
manufactured 3.5Kw complete solid state high frequency
heating equipment which adopts IGBT and MOSFET devices.
